How should I properly take care of my TENCEL™ Lyocell bed linen?

TENCEL ™ Lyocell needs a little more sensitive handling than cotton. To help maintain its special features, wash and dry sheets inside out. Use fabric softener sparingly, or better yet, not at all.

How often should I wash Lejaan bed linen?

All our fabrics are high-quality, so they’ll withstand even very frequent washing. We recommend washing bed linen every 7 to 10 days. How often you should wash bath linen, depends on how often you use it. Normal usage of towels requires a wash at least once a week. Please follow the Care Label instructions of each of our collections.

Can I tumble dry Lejaan TENCEL™ Lyocell bed linen?

After many a trial and test run of our bed linen in the tumble dryer (done by ourselves and by our customers too), we’ve decided to change the drying symbol on the Care Label of all our collections. We can now safely say, that our bed linen can be tumble dried on a gentle, low heat setting. Turn sheets inside-out before placing into tumble dryer. Please bear in mind, that bed linen manufactured prior to this update, still carries the do-not-tumble-dry symbol on the Care Label.

Should I worry about Lejaan bed linen shrinking or losing its shape?

Bed linen (bedsheets, pillow and duvet covers) often shrinks after its first wash. We take this into account during the sizing and manufacturing process of every Lejaan product, so you always get a great fit. One must bear in mind that each particular fabric has its own particular properties. For example, shrinkage naturally occurs in cotton fibres, yet this does not affect its quality. After-washing our cotton or cotton-blend bed linen, you may notice slight shrinkage, yet you’ll also notice that these fabrics stretch back to their original size with use.

How should I wash Lejaan bath linen (towels, bathrobes)?

The high GSM quality of our terry cloth, means our bath linen will last for years. You should always machine-wash bath linen before you first use or wear it. To wash away dyes and manufacturing residues, wash towels and bathrobes separately for the first time. Also, during a first wash, fibres of terry cloth settle. This is a natural process which enhances the bath linen’s long-lasting features.

Can I dry Lejaan bed linen and bedsheets outdoors?

When line drying bedding outdoors, we recommend turning it inside out and hanging it in the shade. We pick the best possible materials for our bedding; however direct sunlight can be damaging. If your bedroom features large windows, cover your bedding with a bed throw or throw blanket to prevent colours from fading.

How should I dry my Lejaan Knitted Throws and Cushion Covers?

Take care of our Knitted Throws and Cushion Covers as you would of your favourite knitted jumper. Do not tumble dry. Let them air dry flat. Avoid stretching and hanging on a line as the material may not recover its original shape.

How should I care for Lejaan Throws, Blankets and Cushion Covers?

All knitted and woven fabrics require extra sensitive care as their structure makes them especially susceptible to snagging. You can machine wash our Throws, Blankets and Cushion Covers at a 30°C gentle care programme setting. Do not tumble dry and do not iron, simply let them air dry naturally.

Where do you place the hanging loop on your towels?

We sew nifty hanging loops on all sizes of our cotton and hemp towels. You’ll find them in the centre of one of the short sides of a towel. This allows the towel to spread down its full length and thus dry quicker.

Can I order a bedlinen fabric sample swatch book?

Select swatches by colour or material, or purchase a swatch book with all our bedlinen collections. Can I change or cancel my order once it’s been submitted?

Need to change the size, colour or shipping information in your order? Unfortunately, you cannot modify order details in an existing order. If you notice a mistake in your order, please contact us on customerservice@lejaan.com or +49 176 71698246. We will be happy to cancel the order and refund you in full, immediately.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need to have a Lejaan account to place an order. However, registered customers have access to their order history, so they do not have to remember dimensions or colours, etc. We also recommend subscribing to our newsletter to receive Lejaan’s latest news and special offers.

How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation email. We usually despatch confirmed orders within 2 working days.

I can’t sign in to my account. What should I do?

When you sign up for a Lejaan account, you will be sent a verification/activation email to confirm your sign-up. Please check your junk mail folder to make sure that the email was not filtered as spam. Once verified, sign in to your profile, and start shopping!

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

Once you have placed an order, please wait to be redirected to our order success page. You will also receive an order confirmation email.

How to Redeem Gift Vouchers?

1. Sign up for an account or sign in by clicking on the Profile Icon in the top right-hand corner of our web page www.lejaan.com.
2. Click on My Credit and enter the PIN displayed on your Gift Voucher in the Redeem a gift voucher column.
3. Click on Verify. Your credit points will thus be added to your account and can be used to treat yourself to some Lejaan products.

How to use the discount code.

In the first step of checkout enter the discount code into the “discount code/voucher” box. Only one discount code can be added per an order. If your discount code won’t apply, please contact our Customer Care customerservice@lejaan.com or +49 176 71698246.

I did not receive an invoice / e-mail for my order.

Can’t find your invoice / order summary email? Please keep in mind that our Eco-Friendly Packaging option only sends electronic invoices. Check all your email folders, including spam. How do you package orders?

We package our products in cloud-like comfort to make sure you feel cloud-like comfort when you use or wear them. For hygiene reasons, duvets and pillows are vacuum-packed separately with a visible size tag. We always select the most suitable sized packaging box in relation to your order. We carefully consider parcel size and weight to avoid any handling inconveniences. Orders containing many items may be divided into several parcels. The delivery courier will send you an email with all the parcel details.

What packaging options do you offer at checkout?

Standard Packaging
We’ve refreshed our Standard Packaging to sustainable and stylish heights. We use fully recyclable packaging designed with Lejaan details and place the invoice inside your package.
Eco-Friendly Packaging
Less is sometimes more. For our Eco-Friendly Packaging we reduce packaging material to the minimum, and always only send an electronic invoice.
Gift Wrap Packaging
If you would like to send your order as a gift, we suggest choosing our Gift Wrap option, where we nestle your order in soft tissue paper, give it a bow and insert a personal message.

Deliveries

What is the delivery time for in stock items?

We continuously replenish our stocks and make sure that the whole range of Lejaan products is available. If an item you have selected is in stock, you can expect it to be delivered within 3-7 working days, depending on the country we deliver to. If you choose express delivery, the delivery time is 2 days. We guarantee delivery by Christmas Day for orders placed before 15.12. (10:00).

What is the delivery time for currently out of stock items?

We make sure all Lejaan products continue to be available and replenish our stocks as often as possible. However, if an item is marked as out of stock, this is only temporary and it will soon be back in stock. If you have selected an item or quantity that is currently sold out, you can inquire about its availability at info@lejaan.com.

What countries do you deliver to?

We currently ship to the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

When am I entitled to free shipping?

If the value of your order exceeds €200, we offer free shipping. This benefit is automatically applied when you complete your purchase, there is no need to enter any special code. This benefit does not apply if you choose express shipping.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order securely online with a credit card. We use the verified Stripe payment gateway service, which keeps your payment details safe. Another option is to pay via the online payment system PayPal.

Returns Policy

What is your returns policy?

You have 30 days to think things through. If you missed a size or would like a different colour, you can return your purchase without giving a reason. If it is a return at a later date, we deal with each request individually. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care team.

What is your return period?

If for any reason your parcel has not met your expectations, you can simply return it within 30 days without giving a reason. We will cover the cost of the return and will process the refund as soon as possible.

How do I return items?

Do I have to put items back in their original packaging?

If you are returning items within the 30 day return period, you must place them in their original packaging (for duvets and pillows, this means using the vacuum pack). It’s best to place all returns in their original box, but it doesn’t matter if you use a different one. Please seal the box safely.
